Recruitment: Membership and Compliance Coordinator

New part-time remote role (0.4–0.6 FTE) for an organised, tech-savvy self-starter to run our online CPD events and support membership, compliance and comms. Grow with a great team!

ANZACATA is the peak professional association and self-regulating authority for creative arts therapists in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. With membership doubling to over 2,400 in five years, we’re creating a new part-time Membership and Compliance Coordinator role (0.4–0.6 FTE, remote, reporting to the CEO).

We’re seeking an organised, technically savvy and self-directed person to handle the day-to-day administration behind our membership, compliance and professional development programs, freeing our Membership and Communications Lead and Policy and Regulation Lead to focus on strategy, policy and stakeholder engagement.

A key focus is coordinating our online continuing professional development (CPD) program: scheduling, platform set-up, registrations, speaker liaison and on-the-day technical support for webinars and virtual events. You’ll also process membership applications and renewals, support compliance monitoring, help prepare member communications, and provide secretariat support to our Professional Standards & Ethics Committee.

You’ll bring experience coordinating online events, confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft 365, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in a professional association, not-for-profit or health setting is a plus.
