When your personal/sensitive information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify this information. However, most of the personal/sensitive information will be stored electronically in member files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 2 years.
It is an important to us that your personal/sensitive information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal and sensitive information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
You are also able to view and update all of your personal/sensitive information yourself through the MyAnzacata Portal in the membership area. If you find that the information we have is out of date and you are not able to update it yourself, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update your record and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
When you visit our site we collect statistical information about your visit. This information is only used to help us improve the site and for no other purpose. Information about your visit is combined with the data from all our visitors and is anonymous.
