In our work as supervisors we have been in the privileged position to witness the innovative and valuable work supervisees have been doing with their NDIS clients.
We have connected with the deep level of commitment both on a therapeutic and business level, as many supervisees have set up studios with all the ongoing costs involved in order to facilitate art therapy for NDIS clients.
We have an understanding of the benefits the art therapy work has given their clients and how this, has in turn, benefited their family relationships.
This group can give a space where supervisors can articulate and creatively express their huge sense of concern and duty of care for their supervisees and the therapeutic relationships they have built.
Together as a group we will explore how best to support our supervisees through this difficult terrain.
Please note this event is open to ANZACATA-approved supervisors of supervisees with NDIS clients ONLY.
