How are you faring at this tricky moment? Whether you see NDIS participants directly or not, you will likely be affected by current upheavals.

We are an ecosystem.

You are invited to book in to an online gathering to make art and connect – to feel less alone with it all. Together, we will cultivate a safe, non-judgemental environment, where the wisdom of art-making and the power of peers can work their restorative medicines.

What to expect? Art-making is at the core. You will be gently guided with a grounding practice to stand you in good stead. There will be room to express how things are right now. You will be encouraged to tap your existing self-sustenance resources and to generate a touchstone or guiding image to further support you.

This is an intentional gathering or workshop, rather than specifically supervision, training or psychotherapy. The aim is to offer space and respite in order to strengthen and replenish your creative professional health, wellbeing and resilience.

Group numbers limited to maximise safety and connection.
