I support people to move safely towards their goals using a variety of therapeutic methods including dance/movement, art and verbal counselling. I am a professionally registered Art Therapist with ANZACATA, Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and Dance Movement Therapist with the Dance Therapy Association of Australasia (DTAA).

I hold a Master of Creative Arts Therapy with a specialisation in Dance Movement Therapy and work from a person-centred trauma-informed approach to deliver tailored individual sessions.
