Trained as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor in South Africa, and an Art Psychotherapist in Singapore he works with clients, struggling with anxiety, burnout, stress, sleep challenges, and substance misuse. Alex also works closely with marginalised communities and provided affirming services to the LGBTQIA+ community, and the Neurodivergent community (e.g. ASD, ADHD).
